In May 2019 our commercial team were instructed to sell this freehold warehouse in Bexleyheath. The property was laid out over two storeys, totalled over 5,000 sqft and occupied both storage and office space.

Our client (seller) operates a distribution business from the warehouse, and after many years in Bexleyheath now felt it was time to relocate closer to home and a sale could be
agreed of the right price and right terms.

With this in mind we advised the owner that a sale and leasehold would allow the business to continue to operate, whilst giving enough time to re-locate.

Freehold warehouses are not readily available in the market, and it came as no surprise that the campaign generated a huge amount of interest with over 20 interested parties viewing.
