The development potential of this 1970's built bungalow was highlighted by the manager of our local Langford Russell office whilst providing a routine residential sales valuation.
The Land & Strategic Property Division recommended the services of architects Barrett Haskins Designs who submitted a planning application for the demolition of the bungalow, and construction of the two executive detached homes.
Planning permission was granted at local level, and developers Jem Homes, who had been monitoring the progress of the planning application promptly acquired the freehold interest.
