When vehicle maintenance and repair specialist Kwik-Fit relocated from their site in the centre of Catford, Acorn's Land & Strategic Property Division was appointed to act jointly with Lambert Smith Hampton in arranging a sale for redevelopment.

Following an initial planning refusal, developers Hambridge Homes, who have been building award-winning developments in the Lewisham borough for over 25 years, were selected from a number of bidders to resolve the challenging planning issues.

Planning permission was subsequently approved at local level for 10 residential units and 3,000 sq ft of retail space.
