Our Kent office was consulted at an early stage and worked closely with Blackstone's architects to conceive a mixed use development scheme comprising 2 commercial units and 13 apartments. Planning permission was secured at local level, and we set about a thorough marketing campaign in order to ensure maximum interest was generated.
Quality colour sales particulars were printed, and advertisements placed in the local and national press. Details were circulated to our extensive database of buyers and numerous offers were received. College Hill Estates won the bidding, and have recently completed the purchase.
