An unconditional sale was agreed to Registered Social Landlords Wandle, who in partnership with Greenacre Homes are now pursuing a planning application for a revised scheme. It is hoped the concept of affordable family housing stock will be viewed as an appropriate re-use of the land by the Local Authority.
