Whilst every successful sale puts a smile on our faces, it's always particularly pleasing when a land assembly project comes to fruition.

Although one of the smaller land assembles we have completed over the years, our clients South East Living undoubtedly did an excellent job in overcoming initial Council and public objection to ultimately secure planning permission at local level for this site in Limpsfield Road.
Previously occupied by three bungalows, the site now has the benefit of consent for the construction of four new bungalows, two semi-detached houses and seven apartments.

Upon receipt of the successful planning decision, the Land & Strategic Property Division were instructed to dispose of South East Living's interest, and a sale was quickly concluded to Riverdale Developments.
