Our Kent Office has recently secured the acquisition of a prestigious site in the heart of Sevenoaks for new clients, Elysian Homes.
Elysian specialise in luxury developments at the top end of the market, and The Beeches in sought-after Bradbourne Park Road certainly fits their company profile.
The site was acquired from another developer who had procured the planning consent, but has other sites on which to focus their attention during 2008. Elysian will shortly start work on the construction of nine large apartments, each with at least two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a private balcony, and ranging in value from £450,000 to £700,000.
