Activity in our Commercial Division continues to grow, and during the first half of 2008 we managed the freehold sale of several more substantial commercial buildings including Viewframe House at Footscray.

The building previously served as the headquarters for a manufacturing and distribution business, and comprises office, production and warehouse accommodation across more than 43,000 sq.ft.

Our unique direct marketing strategy generated offers for both sale and letting in a short timeframe. Our clients ideally sought a sale of the 1.5 acre site, and a deal was agreed with packaging firm Donovan Brothers. Contracts were exchanged expeditiously, and the handover of the building is almost complete as we go to press.

Our Commercial Division have both owner-occupier and investor buyers keen to acquire freehold commercial buildings across South East England.
