The Goat was acquired on an unconditional basis by Turnhold Estates Ltd, who subsequently procured a planning consent for the demolition of the pub and construction of a modern block comprising 25 apartments on the prominent corner site.
A marketing campaign was undertaken, and Croydon based developers Greenacre Homes ultimately won the bidding. The project will be developed on behalf of Delta Homes, and will provide much needed affordable housing for local residents.
