A deal was agreed with Stockmill Developments Ltd subject to an extinct outline planning consent for the construction of a terrace of 4 town houses being renewed. Once the permission was confirmed the sale was concluded promptly.
Detailed planning permission is currently being sought, with the construction of the new development due to begin in Spring 2006.
