Acting jointly with MLK on behalf of Deloitte, we concluded the sale of Eros House in Catford to a private investor.

This landmark building has occupied the South East London skyline since 1960, and was previously home to Lewisham Council.

Now arranged as 9 commercial units and 63 residential apartments, we were instructed to locate a buyer for the unbroken investment. A number of substantial offers were generated, and the sale was completed in March 2014.
