Having been left vacant and deteriorating for over 20 years our Planning Management team assembled a team of experts including architects ECE and planning consultants GVA to tackle what proved to be a particularly contentious project.
Securing a planning consent has taken more than 2 years, but permission was granted in November 2018 for the construction of a contemporary new block comprising ground floor commercial space with 6 luxury apartments above. The site is currently being offered for sale by our Development agency team.
