We subsequently secured planning permission for the construction of an additional floor to provide a further 4 flats.
The site sits on a prominent, generous corner plot though, and with the existing architecture very much of its time we worked with renowned local architects BHD to conceive a comprehensive redevelopment proposal.
Our planning application for the demolition of the existing building and construction of 24 new apartments was made in May 2019, and approved in October 2019. A mixture of 1 & 2 bedroom apartments will be provided, along with 12 off-street car parking spaces. The scheme will be free of Affordable Housing.
