Having been acquired by our Asset & Equity Management team on behalf of a private investment company, our Planning Management team was engaged to formalise the use of this prominent comer building just off Tower Bridge Road. Used for many years as B1 offices, we secured planning permission in November 2016 for new refuse and bike stores, and the reinstatement of several original window openings. With apparent potential for conversion to residential use under Permitted Development Rights, we worked as joint auctioneers with Allsop and sold the property in December 2016.
