We secured planning permission for the redevelopment of 223-225 High Street in 2013.
Following the successful sale of the site we were engaged to acquire the adjacent corner site at 227-229 High Street. The land assembly has enabled the conception of a large scheme comprising 51 apartments over ground floor commercial space. A full planning application was made in June 2017.
