This is an update regarding the increased restrictions imposed by the Government over the last few days regarding Covid-19.
We have closed our offices and have a small, dedicated team working from home dealing only with the essential parts of our business. Our staff will be helping to progress sales that are currently under offer, move in tenants that would otherwise be homeless, deal with essential maintenance to managed properties and assist with the safe handover of keys where needed.
With regards to any properties currently being marketed, we are now suspending viewings under the Government directive. Obviously we will return to normal operations as soon as regulations permit.
If you have any enquiries please visit our website or drop us an email. If your enquiry is urgent please use our usual contact numbers as calls will be re-routed. You may experience some disruption in our service due to reduced operating capability, but are working hard to minimise any inconvenience and ask for your patience and understanding at this time
For clarity if your enquiry is not urgent, we’d be very grateful if you would send us an email rather than call. Emails are received by a wider number of colleagues which allows for easier processing.
