If you telephone the office outside of our opening hours, you will be redirected to our EMERGENCY service – however, this service is exclusively for tenancies which are fully managed by Acorn and the team will only respond to emergency situations i.e. lack of power or heating, flooding, security breaches.
For tenancies not fully managed by Acorn or where we only provide your landlord with a rent collection service, you will need to contact your landlord directly to report any property issues, details of whom are given at the start of your tenancy.
